- Payment Policy
All services provided by Spellbound Communications Limited are subject to agreed service charges, fees, or commissions as outlined in the official proposal, work order, or contract.
All payments made to Spellbound are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All creative materials, content, strategies, concepts, designs, software, or any assets produced by Spellbound Communications Limited are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise permitted in writing:
- Reproduction
- Distribution
- Modification
- Replication
- Use of Spellbound-owned content is strictly prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
Spellbound Communications Limited shall not be held liable for any:
- Direct
- Indirect
- Incidental
- Special
- Consequential
- Punitive
damages arising from the use or inability to use Spellbound Communications Limited services or deliverables, regardless of the cause. Spellbound Communications Limited liability, if any, will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and as outlined in the service agreement.
- Acceptance of Terms
By availing services from Spellbound Communications Limited, clients acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service and Policies.
